“Quality is very good. Our problem is that the our passengers haven´t got used to this service as much as we expected. You, however, can´t influence this.”

“We can only assess the interactive map. We regard the level of this application as high and at its time it was a unique way of informing passengers about transport lines. Its newest version currently used in Prague and Ostrava offers much better comfort and information accuracy.”
